Melanie.
As a Senior Post Producer with a wealth of experience, I've been in advertising long enough to remember cutting spots on film.
Started out on the agency side as a producer where I was fortunate to work at Cliff Freeman & Partners.
I learned how to produce great commercials. The work was amazing. The awards were plentiful.
I discovered that I was happiest during the edit process which led me to the next phase of my career, Editorial Post Producer. I've spent the last 15+ years of my career at The Whitehouse where I was Head of Production and Senior Producer before going freelance.
My experience is vast: cars, fashion, pharma, packaged goods, pizza, beer....You name it, I've worked on it.
Clients come in all shapes and sizes. My ability to adapt to their needs without freaking out is one of my strengths.
I grew up on Long Island and spent most of my life with my husband in the Tri-State Area with a seven year stint in Marin County, California.
After our son was born, we moved back to the east coast.
We are now new residents of the Keystone State.
When I'm not working, I'm walking 3-4 miles a day or enjoying a quiet moment on our front or back porch.
I love watching movies. And series like, "Queen's Gambit", "The Sopranos", "Peaky Blinders", "Downton Abbey" "Breaking Bad" and of course "Mad Men" are always part of the line up.
Historical fiction is my jam when I'm reading.
And don't even get me started on the NFL. I love a great game.
Producing is in my blood. And I love what I do.
